The prophet Jeremiah offers these words:

"Stand at the crossroads and look. Ask for the ancient paths and where the best road is. Walk in it, and you will live in peace..." (Jeremiah 6:16)

This scripture feels particularly meaningful for us as we look toward the year ahead and continue our search for a new rector.

Being at a crossroads invites us to pause, look around, reflect on where we have been, and prayerfully consider where God is calling us next. It reminds us that moving forward in faith does not mean having every answer. It means seeking God's wisdom, trusting in His provision, and taking the next steps together.
